How it all started.
The idea for the vase wraps all began when my mother, Doey, asked me for ideas to help her cover a simple green plastic vase. I am a graphic artist and was happy to give this a whirl.
She had invented and patented a pew clip and a vase over 20 years ago to hang fresh flowers and bows on church pews without marring the pew with wire or tape. She enjoyed much success in her small business. However, she had an overstock of little green plastic vases in her basement and she wanted to get rid of them!
The vases, designed to fit onto the pew clips to hold fresh flowers, can be removed from the pew and used again at the reception. Special guests can take them home after the reception. Brides will save money and have a more eco-friendly wedding when their floral arrangements are recycled.

The brilliant idea.
I gave a hard-to-disguise green vase a facelift with a pretty little wrap in fashion-forward patterns and colors. The vase and wrap are recyclable and reusable as well. That was my contribution to my mother's business and now I have taken the idea one step further, developing the two new products described in this website.
cathyswraps vases and plant wraps are available at your favorite retail or wholesale florist.
