We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and they will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/ work address or specify in “Special Delivery Instructions” if a signature is required for delivery. Cathyswraps is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Shipping times

Packages under $48 will be sent USPS First Class (5-7 business days) Larger orders may be shipped FedEx Ground (3-5 day delivery). If a specific receiving date is required please email or call 800-435-3813 with your request to upgrade delivery, additional fees will apply.Overnight delivery: available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Call 800-435-3813 before 10 am PST, Monday through Thursday.

Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. *For Overnight delivery, online orders must be places by 10 am PST.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of cathyswraps.com (including, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Wholesale orders

Shipping for wholesale orders will be quoted on a per order basis.

Shipping to PO boxes

Orders sent to Post Office boxes can only be sent via USPS mail.
